You can\u2019t possibly make that much difference.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Undeterred, the boy picks up another starfish and throws it into the sea.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt makes a difference to that one,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n<p>At Tidewater Youth Services Foundation\u2014working hand-in-hand with our public partner, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tyscommission.org\" target=\"_blank\">Tidewater Youth Services Commission<\/a>, we are diligently picking up all the starfish we can &#8211;
